1st day of school - Angel & Dylan I was lucky enough to get the chance to go to work late so that I can participate in the first day of school festivities...I wouldn't call them festive...Angel was nervous in the morning and cried while we were talking about how exciting the 1st day of school is. Dylan looked a little nervous when he met his teacher in the school yard but he quickly rebounded... They were most excited about being able to take the school bus to school...pictures I took: This one is going on my desk at work - I think it's been a year and...

Catching Up School has started (or as I like to call it, the Madness has begun). I started school last Wednesday. I finally got my textbook - thankfully cheaper on eBay than it was at the school bookstore. On my day off, last Friday, I did some much needed volunteer work, painting a local homeless shelter for a 1/2 day. I'm not a professional painter - but boy did my arms ache after a couple of hours using the roller on a pole. Hockey season began a few weeks ago - Dylan is a backup goalie but had to start this season...
